The room and bathroom were both really nice, and the chairs in the room were super comfy. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the ferry and really close to restaurants and bars. It was so convenient to be able to easily explore the city and have everything within walking distance.

The hotel was a bit pricey for what you actually got. It could definitely use a major refurbishment.

Loved the beautiful island with lots of things to do and see. Breakfast included was a bonus, although it would have been nice to have more variety. The staff were amazing and super friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

No air conditioning and no flyscreens, which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather and allowed mosquitoes to come in. The room was basic and run-down, with stained bed linen and a lack of cleanliness.

Price of the movies were a little steep. Barista coffee's from the Resteraunt should be complimentary with the breakfast included.

We stayed on the first floor at the rear of the facility, opposite the Bar. It was comedian night. The volume was too loud and families with small children would not have appreciated the language or noise, (did not quieten down until 11.30pm).

The Chefs are both absolute magicians! Richard and his girls in the Restaurant are wonders, profesional and a pleasure.

Room cleanliness; look behind the blinds and in the corners. At $270 per night offpeak it should be so much better.

We all enjoyed the food.It is of acceptable quality. The room is very good,ie rooms 70 and 71. Breakfast was acceptable.I Cannot rate it on value as I am not aware of the price.

I was very dissapointed that you didnt warn us of the lack of air conditioning. Had I known I would not have paid so much money for the room. , in fact I would have stayed at home or found other accommodation,perhaps the other hotel has air The room was very hot with a very noisy ceiling fan. I certainly will not stay there again.

Great meals, good to relax and chill out for once. Coming off Barrow Island fifo 4/1. I needed a break.

Enjoyed the history of the place, obviously great location.The breakfast was great, female waiter on both mornings was one of the most competent and friendly staff we have had the pleasure to meet on all our travels.
